Nedbank multiple unauthorised debits

Nedbank debited my account 5 times in 1 month for my personal loan account. Everytime I reverse the debit with my bank they just redebit me. 4 calls to the cutomer contact centre and a million promises that it wont happen again. Then out of the blue another debit. This is extremely frustrating and pathetic service from Nedbank. NEVER make use of Nedbank. Extremely dissappointed and will never recommend this ****ty bank to anyone.
