Nedbank multiple queries unresolved from January 26 to date

I writing this Complaint I Really Over Dissapointing I've been calling nedbank for their assistance in my credit card enquiry that they always sent sms that am owing when as the money is reflecting on the credit card account naw am consistently getting sms to say I'll be handed of on Legal action against my name, first how is that when there is money reflecting on the credit card I even got Ref no so confirm that they saw and aware of it but still when I call instead of getting this resolved am being sent from pillar to post with a very RUDE consultant who she very unhelpful instead she would say want she wants me to do instead of listening to my request that was unprofessional

I want to closed all the accounts that I have wit nedbank as am a Nedbank user and Private client they say but they very useless in resolving such queries from. A long valuable client am Highly disappointed with your service I regret for being your client fromm 2009
