NEDBANK MTHATHA PLAZA-PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I have a concern regards to this branch. I opened my account on a Saturday in 2015without any hassles. I sent my mother last Saturday(17/06/17) to reopen her bank account, to my surprise she was told they don't open bank accounts on weekends. It is so strange and its music to my ears. This is not the 1st incident. 2weeks back I went to reverse one of my debit orders. The reply was they don't reverse debit orders on weekends. I called the call center and they were so helpfull more than the branch itself. What is the point of having a brnch opened on weekends if they don't to certain things. My consent is what about the under privileged people that climb taxis to sort out the matters on weekends because weekends are the only days they could sort out their problems. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the service nedbank is suppose to give us as customers?</p>
