NEDBANK - MOST *********** BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did an online application for a credit card and based on a credit check received a pre-approval for R200,000.00. Nedbank came back to me and said its declined as I am under Debt Review – WHICH I AM NOT! I appealed it and then they declined it as I have some default listing. No one could tell me what the actual listing was for. THERE IS NO DEFAULT LISTING I then went into the branch and they could not pick up either the fact that I am apparently Under debt review nor do I have any defaults. My credit score at that time was 731

I was advised to redo the application. I did so telephonically and sent my Nov Dec Jan and Feb bank statements together with a updated ITC report showing there are no defaults and no debt review From there I got asked for my statements 7 times and I also sent them to the consultant who assisted me telephonically Then I kept following up and Palesa advised me that they are busy assessing my application in the back office. Then I got an email saying it was declined as my Jan bank statement was not included – BUT IF THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN IT WAS IN THAT SAME EMAIL

Then I got another email asking for statements… eventually a week later and sending my statements over and over and over again I was sent an email it was declined as my credit score does not Meet the minimum criteria (note my credit score is 731 which is great) no Judgments, no defaults, earning 90k a month but apparently that's not good enough. So i lodged a formal complaint on the 21st March and was assured it would be sorted out in a day or 2. I spoke to Moola which as the CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER and she has failed to sort anything out to date. They did 3 credit checks, compromising my credit score, on Friday I asked her why and she said she doesnt know but make sure it will not happen again - GUESS WHAT ON FRIDAY THEY DID ANOTHER CREDIT CHECK, compromising my credit score even further and moving it into a lower bracket

Went to Std bank and they gave me everything I needed within a day!
