Nedbank Mortgage won't remove me from CREDIT RECORDS

Hi I paid Nedbank off in 2015, however they still reflect as if I still owe them on my credit record. My Bond number is ********** 064801. I tried contacting them but , no one seems to know how to help me. I am very disappointed with Nedbank service. MAY NED BANK PLEASE UPDATE MY RECORDS TO ALL CREDIT BUREAUs
