My fellow members of our local stokvel and I have been trying to get Nedbank to open up a stokvel account for us, however this simple task has taken two and a half weeks of being taken from pillar to post by a banker (lady) at the Monsterlus branch, we've wasted finances with ups and downs and going to the internet cafe several times in the name of ; "Just opening an account for our stokfel."

We ended up calling the head office in Centurion and also called their complaints department, where they gave us a complaint Reference number: ***0 and promised to call us before COB, however its now 18:00 and We're yet to receive a single call from Nedbank's head office or complaints department.

The service is so socking, I am even lost for words.
