Nedbank Monsterlus Bad bad services

I have receive such **** bad bad services from Nedbank Monsterlus Branch.It took me whole week to start a process of opening a Club Account taking me back n forth and on the last day i have to take the whole day since 9am but still the account still not active. The sale consultant by a name of Lehlogonolo Manyani told us she's doing us a favour to open for us a club account.she's lady and very rude. We even phoned the head office to lay complain about her but without success. The worse thing is that Branch Manager she's very rude also and doesn't to listen she keep on defending her. Municipality customer services is even better than the services that their providing, their very rude,incompetence,undermining the customers, and even more the Branch Manager is defending her staff. They have even a guards to tell you that you lay complain they will deal with it.
