Nedbank money transfer

Hello Peter,

I withdrew funds in my Investment account on the 23 November 2023. The funds were to reflect in my Credit Card Rewards Card the next day but to date nothing has happened.

I've called the call-centre & they've referred me to the branch and the branch is also not assisting since the money has apparently been put in the Nedbank's suspense account which the branch cannot access.

I made a withdrawal for a reason but this moving from pillar to post is not helping. Can somebody please assist.
