NedBank Money is useless

My first attempt to use the NedBank Money website resulted in me sending payments to the wrong recipients (it seems the site linked my old recipient to the wrong account details.) My second attempt today resulted in a payment screen that wouldn't let me pay (after fighting to get the site to work at all.) This is just not on. If this site is indeed forced down my throat as warned on the 12th of November 2020 then I will be forced to move my banking elsewhere as I will not be able to use any of the services I am paying for.
