Nedbank money *******

I don’t recommend using Nedbank at all to anyone. Stay far away from them. I have a Pay As You Use account with them so I’m only charged for what I use. This morning I open the app and see there has been a deduction for a statement fee that I never requested. I don’t need to draw statements from that account because the money in that account always stays consistent. I want to close this account and never do business with them again. I’m getting charged for things I didn’t use
