Nedbank money App what a joke.

I’ve had the Nedbank money app on my tablet for the past year, as I only use it once a month (to transfer my pension), I have to the hole registration thing every month, but at the end of last month shock horror it doesn’t work at all, now it wants to take my photograph (I understand security) so we proceed after a few attempts we get a tick (successfull), no we’re not, next page we can’t complete please go to the nearest branch. Went to the local branch were they tried to help, but not really, their answer was, there’s no SIM card in the device (hello it worked for a year without a SIM card (my husbands still works without a SIM card). So I go to my I phone, download the app do all the necessary, comes to the photo bit again, but now I know how it works, takes my photo up comes a tick successful (no it’s not) next page failed to complete please go to the local branch. I’ve been trying to Nedbank money app working on one of my devices for two weeks now with no success (frustrated is not the word). The banks don’t want you to go into branch, I don’t want to go into branch. Into days modern tech world Nedbank must still be in the dark ages.
