NEDBANK MONEY APP SELFIE TAKING BAD

NEdbank Money app does not work correctly. Every time I want to login it asks me to take a selfie. There is something wrong with your IT programming on the selfie, as it does not allow my face to be taken. The lighting is perfect. I do not smile. Everything the app tells me to do, I do. I am VERY light of colour and it does not help that the app tells me that I should not be over lighted. Or what ever the wording used to say that my skin is to white. If your app can not deal with my colouring, then change it. I went into Nedbank itself, and they also could not help me. They said I must do online banking and not use the app. Oh, and they saw that my fingerprints work correctly on their machines, when I had my card reprinted! So it is not that I still have to register on their system, I am on their system! It is just the cursed money app that does not allow me access to my bank account. My boss stressed it to me that I must use the app not the online banking. That is for security purposes. So WHAT MUST I DO NOW.
