Nedbank money app is useless

This bank must be avoided at all costs regards the app on your phone. Lost my phone and did a sim swap. Loaded the app, and 3 days still no luck. Call centre help line informs me to wait 24 hours, and delete app and reload. I start the whole process again, and put in 100% correct details. Suddenly an sms to phone and give the ref number to have the whole process completed. ABSA AND FNB WERE SO EASY TO RELOAD AND ACTIVATE. YOU CAN HAVE SECURITY BUT THEN YOU CAN HAVE A TITAL LACK OF CYSTOMER SATISFACTION. NEDBANK WINS THE GOLD MEDAL WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
