Nedbank Money App is useless

I used to ask for early release of my funds via Nedbank Money App, the funds would reflect into my account after 48 hours and now I’m being told that it will take 10 working days, 3 days when I go to the branch. Since when Nedbank? What is this App for? To inconvenience us?
