Nedbank Money app is faulty and it is *****ing money from people

I made a transaction on the Nedbank money app, I was paying my rent, the transaction was successful even received a confirmation sms and proof of payment, those funds were debited from account, but that transaction does not appear on the statement, when I try to tell them they say they can only check what the statement says n If it's not in the statement then it doesn't not exist for them...they do not want to acknowledge that Nedbank Money app is faulty, I was ****** R4603, Nedbank does not want to take the blame.

I was paying my rent and on my mind I thought rent was paid but only to find out 10 days from my land lord that they got notification but funds never reflected through to them. My electricity was cut off because of that and my wife is pregnant on top of that.
