Nedbank Money App is a big joke !

My Nedbank Money App bombs out daily. And then according to Nedbank support staff you have to remove it, reinstall it and go through registering it again. Is this how Nedbank system works ? Must this be done every time you want to access Nedbank via their Money App ? Is this a joke ?
