Nedbank money app gives no control of your money

On the 23rd of June i made a mistake sending myself money and I immediately realised that 1 number was incorrect, I called *** to ask them to stop/cancel transaction and while on the phone it was confirmed that the money was not withdrawn or voucher redeemed but yesterday the 18th July 2022 when I called they told me money was taken before I called them. Nedbank money app is a disgrace to 4th industrial revolution, it gives us no control of our money in their care and also their head office had to escalate request while money was taken because of no control. I think my money will be better off somewhere else
