Nedbank money app forces me to use other banks

Nedbank money app has endless problems and bank staff were unable to assist. Trying again today, the server fails, messages don't arrive and it is just useless. Worst of all, the branch are not able to intervene as ALL pin's, enablements etc are controlled via the app. Simply sucks
