Excellent customer service received from Avaan Ramnath on the Nedbank money app .He went the extra mile to call back when call got disconnected. Escalated my query, did a followup to confirm if I am satisfied with the conclusion of query.I was an irate customer but he kept calm ,patient and knowledgeable of Nedbank policies amd procedures.I am wiser and bank savvy thanks to Avaan Ramnath.
