Nedbank Money app and Send Imali has failed they should focus on other business models

My ref is *** Send Imali not trustworthy. On the 2 of December 2019 I sent R200 to a friend who was in serious need, guess what till today she didn't receive it neither is it back on my account, I'm sent from pillar to post, have already used airtime to that value.Spoke to Marious from self service banking who indicated that he has been trying to get someone who can assist me but since we are in lock down they are short stuffed,Wow.

On the 5th of May 2020 I bought R100 Telkom airtime through the Nedbank app guess what I was deboted and never recived the airtime. was told that I will get the airtime after 3 working days till today, I'm at their mercy REF ***1
