Nedbank money app a WASTE OF TIME

This is the second Friday that i have gone into the Nedbank Campus Square branch for them to assist me to load the Nedbank cellphone app and the system is off again. I have called the call centre and they keep telling me they cannot assist me and i need to go into the bank, this is an inconvenience and a waste of my time.
