Nedbank Money App

I am so disappointed with Nedbank , I’ve been struggling to login on my Nedbank Money app since September 2023 , I have called the call centre and I have been to their branch, followed every step they have advised me to do , still there is no help , I have emailed complaints department but they call me back still there is no solution at all it’s been 9 months without an app and this is because I bought a new phone and my previous phone broke that had the app, but still I can’t login and I just want to say thank you for your bad service it’s about time for me to move to a different bank because seemingly you are not able to solve my problem.
