Nedbank Money App

I have been trying to get Nedbank to assist to get my bank card relinked to my profile on the money app. Everytime I’m getting the same solution which I have been informing them it’s not working.

It has been two weeks already, I have called their call centre and I have gone to the branch still nothing. It’s so frustrating !!!
