Nedbank Money App

About a week ago my whole salary was transfered out of my account, suspectedly through my Nedbank Money App. Two weeks before this happened I logged into the app using my own app pin, the app is set up on either your profile number or card number. So it was shocking and frightening to find that I had logged into someone else's profile. I deleted the app and re-installed it and once again logged in with my own profile number and usual pin. On the day that the *****ulant transaction took place, I logged into my Money app once again after receiving a SmS that all my money was transfered to another persons account. And again I could log into someone else's profile about an hour later I logged in again to check if it had changed back only to log into a third person's profile. I reported the case directly at a Nedbank branch and up until today I still have not received any feedback as to how far my case is. HOW SAFE IS THE NEDBANK MONEY APP WHEN ANYONE CAN ACCIDENTALY ACCESS OTHER PEOPLE'S PROFILE?? If I was a dishonest person I could have easily ****** R77000 out of these people's accounts.
