Nedbank money app

i was on the nedbank website as i was trying to reverse a debit order and got a couple of errors and i called the contact center, spoke to a very polite and well spoken gentleman who just made my day by explaining how the new money app works, took time to explain each tab and what it means... by the time i put the phone down i was smiling knowing more about the app. a big thank you to Katlego Motaung and providing an excellent customer service. :)
