Nedbank MONEY app

I tried yesterday to do an instant transfer from my credit card account on the MONEY app from Nedbank. Twice! I used the widget on the app marked QUICK PAY, and upon failing, the instant pay option. After 3 hours, suffering great embarrassment, I phoned the telephone number supp**** on the app, and after 18 minutes, I was told an instant transfer is not allowed from a credit card account. So, why is the widget there?
