Nedbank modern day **** Turpin

Nedbank keeps *****ing money from my various accounts, and my so called Dedicated relationship banker, to say the leased is F#@king useless, (we will refer to him as the village idiot VI) the VI first sent me an email 22/05/22, and that`s the only thing he`s done right. let me explain to Nedbank what they offered (as they don`t seem to understand their own product) when I opened a Bundle 1-35 account for my business, it`s a 1/off fee per month (not a service fee as well) 35/off electronic transactions per month & 5/off ATM cash withdrawal's per month (no charge). May -June 2022 I was charged R86.00 service fee. Sept-October 2022 I was charged R42.00 (for what I don`t know). Oct-Nov 2022 I was charged R287.75 (every single transaction during this period was charged for, R19.00 per debit order, R8.50 per electronic transaction & R4.30 for whatever). Nov-Dec 2022 I was charged R296.10 (every single transaction during this period was charged for, R19.00 per debit order, R8.50 per electronic transaction & R4.30 for whatever). Dec 22-Jan 2023 why a service fee charge of R267.70? 28/12/2022 R10.00 statement enquiry? (I never go to the bank to get a statement, I down load from my computer). Jan-Feb 2023 26/01/2023 charged R106.00 cash withdrawal fee. now let`s get back to the VI, this clown that was given to me as Dedicated Relationship Banker (I think Nedbank is dyslectic & they actually meant W#nker). VI has had all of this information emailed to him 15/03/2023, it was emailed again 17/04/2023, VI has had two further emails 24/04/2023 & 09/05/2023 to witch VI has not bothered to respond (Really good dedicated relationship banker), this useless piece of excrement doesn`t answer my phone calls , I`ve tried phoning the VI yesterday & four times today with no response. Me personally I would dismiss VI has he is totally F#@KING USELESS. IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE NEDBANK IS OFFERING, THEN I THINK IT`S TIME FOR A CHANGE OF BANKS
