Nedbank mobimoney wallet

I have been a loyal client at Nedbank for years but recently had a bad experience with my mobimoney wallet. They blocked my account and could not access the funds in my account. I had debit orders and had to use the money for my needs, I'm unemployed and dependent to family for support. My husband send me money to buy family necessity stuff I was so embarrassed when I had to to pay on the till but could not. This happened on the 15 of September I called for help . The call center did not hel me I spent 2hour calling no help then Monday 18 September called again nothing then decided to go to the branch on Tuesday they tried but failed to help me we called the call center again no help. On Wednesday I called the call center to check for me od the matter was resolved but no they closed the account and opened a new one but still could not access the funds. On the 21st of September I called again they said to me I will not get any access to the cash still they must just order a new card numbers for me had to wait for another 3 to 5 working days . I asked if it was that easy why didn't they order the card from the first place had to wait so long . I was inconvenienced my account is in a negative and debit orders bounced had to pay for reversal.
