NEDbank Mobimoney

My Nedbank mobi money account has been blocked and at that time, I needed to use the money urgently, I called them then they told me that the turn around time is 24 hours, but it has been 4 days now, I don't know what to do or say anymore, the call centre people keeps on wasting my airtime and time because i am not getting assistance.
