Nedbank mobi money Nonsense

Nedbank has the worst service, I urgently needed money and my friend send me mobi money. It has been 48 hrs I can’t withdraw the money, when I call nedbank they tell me the technician are busy fixing the problem, to make it worse the person who send me the money can not reverse the money. The worst bank to work with. How can IT fail to fix their problem. 😡😡
