Nedbank Mobi Money is a ****

I have a mobimoney account with Nedbank, I deposited money into the account on Saturday (15/02/2020), And I have been struggling to withdraw it, even today(19/02/2020) I can't withdraw it, I called their call centre and I'm told one story to another,I even went as far as sending them the proof that I'm unable to withdraw but no help at all, when I go to ATM to withdraw it says withdrawal cancelled code 06, but on my account the money keeps on disappearing, and they say my account is one of the affected accounts by system error. I don't understand why should I wait for almost 4 days to withdraw my money, if they have system problems why should we as customers/clients suffer because of their systems.
