Nedbank misleading information provided

I received an email from Nedbank funeral insurance that I should pay R456 by the 30th of June 2025 , this was paid and it was said the policy will be reinstated.

On the 1st of July 2025 I received an sms from Nedbank stating that they cannot reinstate the policy . I am very unpleased with the service received , when I sent an email today I just received a letter not even an explanation regarding the email I sent a mere letter not responding to the questions raised.

This is not TCF .

I am not happy with this and will not advise anyone to take on a policy with them
