Nedbank misleading

I have done an application for a credit card yesterday. I was declined . I have accepted my losses and 21:51 I received an email saying that they have looked at my application has changed and that they have an offer for me that expires in 5 days. So I locked on this morning . I they say declined again. No how do send a letter saying that there is an offer but even when I phone they say decline ? No it is not a **** .
