Nedbank = Minus 10

If this review allowed me to give a minus rating then the score would be -10.

The business banking service in the Western Cape is the best example that I have come across of what customer service is not. The only thing that matters is that they debit your account for their fees. Service - how do you spell and say that? This word does not exist in the lexicon of Nedbank. EXCUSES for non-performance is all you get. It must be great to get paid your salary but not deliver anything of value.
