Nedbank ****ming Private Banking clients

I am an alleged Private Banking client at Nedbank, I am saying alleged as I am not at all getting the service that I signed up for. It is now April, however I have not been able to reach my personal/private Banker since November 2024 - not due to lack of trying. my phone calls get ignored and NEVER returned! This service is marketed to bring convenience, but all I get is frustrations. at the same time, Nedbank diligently deduct the fee for this service, even though I am not getting anything in return - a big **** if you ask me. There is no need to promise something that cannot be delivered, and still take the money for the empty promise every month.
