Nedbank ****ming clients

Nedbank ****ming clients. I have been trying to close my credit card for two months. Their consultant advised that the account will be closed after I had paid the outstanding amount that he gave me. To my surprise after having paid the outstanding amount, Nedbank added insurance fees which I never agreed to, and the account is still opened.

Please be careful of Nedbank.
