Nedbank Midway.

The most untrained and uncoordinated banking staff I have ever interacted with. It is not the busiest bank but the wait times are more than an hour for simple enquires, management is barely visible. This is my third experience with this branch in particular and I have been with Nedbank for 12yrs, the standard of customer service has dropped significantly. I will be taking my business elsewhere because this is not the service I pay for.
