Nedbank Middleburg

I was at Nedbank Middleburg OR thambo street around 12:30pm - 13:00pm,I needed to be assisted with the Nedbank app,I found a Tall and a bit big lady at the help desk just after the entrance ,she had no name tag that’s why I didn’t get her name,she was very rude and disrespectful,I had to drive to Highveld mall to be assisted.Please provide her with training on how to engage with customers. Thanks.
