Nedbank MFC worse bank

Nedbank MFC they have bad service, they are the worse, when comes to collection, they debited by account after I have paid them and also notified their call center that the payment have been made. I failed to pay my monthly account for December, then it was paid the following month of January. Around March I received almost 6 calls from MFC telling me that my account is in arrears because of December month that was not settled on time. I asked, why wait until the beginning of March to tell me about the December arrears, I told them that I will settle the arrears when I get paid. That was not the end of it, I kept on getting calls almost twice a day. On the 28/03 I got a call and I inform the agent that I have paid for the 25 and since the payment comes from a different bank it will take time to reflect. She said that she will note it down. Comes 28 the date of my debit order, it goes off with the same arrears that I have paid.Stay away from Nedbank MFC most specialy when you are African.
