Nedbank MFC sucks!!!

I made an online application to Nedbank MFC via the Nedbank App and I got approved after submitting all the supporting documents.

That was on the 7th April 2022, and I havent received any communication since. I have written emails and no one responds.

Can someone call me and we finalize the application .. mxmm. I am not impressed honestly.
