Nedbank( MFC) rip-off

The service I received from MFC is ridiculous. I had this car since 2016. They made me take a service plan and I have paid for my service since 2016 without them helping me pay for the service. This was a money making scheme and the staff is so useless, they will send you from pillar to post. they never get back to clients because they don't take us serious.

showing how little they think of us as customers, I want to change my debit order date to the 15th since i gent paid then. They have already deducted for July and they tell me that i would be charged an extra mount for changing the date to the 15th, how so I dont know because im up to date with my payments.

MFC is a money making ridiculous bank that do not value their customers in any way.
