NEDBANK MFC Refusing to refund my money for almost three months now

You'd think such a big corporate organization would be transparent and honest about their policies and what they keep blabbing about to customers when things are turned towards them. on the 6th of December 2021 I have settled my vehicle with this excuse of a bank, I actually paid them way more than i was supposed to, I expected a decent treatment in return. When I requested a refund, which I am entitled to, it is my MONEY!!! I was told it would take up to 10 working days! Today is the 17th of February 2022, they keep telling me that they are resolving the issue, what issue?? all you have to do is give my money back, a bunch of *******...if I miss a payment for just one month, already I get threats of repossession! Give me my money back I do not want to hear any excuses from NEDBANK!
