Nedbank MFC R200 cash back promise ****

Nedbank ran a promotion where they promised to pay you R200 into your account provided:

1. One has a Nedbank Cheque Account 2. Salary goes through this account 3. Home Loan / Vehicle Loan is paid through this account 4. One remains up to date with payments 5. One uses the Nedbank App at least once a month

So I approached them and opened a bank account and used this account as my primary account where my salary is paid into. I changed all my debit orders to this account and I use the app all the time to make transactions but till today I received the R200 cash back once. That was only after I complained and told them I will report this on Hello Peter.

I informed the consultant who helped me open the account and she said it's a problem that they will fix but I've beeeeeen waiting. I opened this account in April but I only got R200 in July and nothing after that.

Nedbank is full of empty promises. I opened this account for this cash back promise. Please help me. My ID number is *** and my contact number is ***.
