Nedbank MFC poor service

My car is financed by Nedbank MFC. They activated a policy that is R320 on my account that I did not ask for or approve. I have sent multiple emails and phoned them to cancel it- still it went off this month. I am fed up and they have no excuse. Do not use them for vehicle finance. I am enraged with bad service. They keep promising help but I have still not been refunded.
