Nedbank MFC not interested in collecting their money from clients

Most unprofessional bank I ever came across. A client try to make arrangement for Bakkie payment, but instead of assistance they ignore his calls and emails and rather risk this client going bankrupt and loose their total income from him instead of giving him a chance to arrange double payments. This is why some banks do t survive. Client tried to get hold of Chanel Jacobs on several occasions via phone and email without any response. Should the bakkie go on auction and customer face bankruptcy then Nedbank loose all the funds that customer was willing to pay, but nobody respond on tel nr ***.
