Nedbank / MFC - no additional mile for clients and MFC terrible call center
After an unexpected financial blow we had our 2 cars new cars collected after just 2 months. We managed to get 1 vehicle recovered and my wife and I tried for 2 weeks to get someone to assist us with making an arrangement to settle the second car in 2 installments. Calling MFC collection department and getting results is an absolute nightmare, we've been trying to call and get an arrangement in place for two weeks now hopping from person to person when we do eventually get hold of someone, just to get a call today, before the day our car gets auctioned off, to say that we have to pay half today and next week to recover the car is not acceptable in the light of the commitment we've shown.. so if you want to get financing DONT USE MFC. Doent matter how long a client you've nbeen with Nedbank there is NO going the extra mile for clients.

Hi Jacques, thank you for trying to assist with this from your side.
Thadiwe called me and said that the initial amount is payable today, else the car will go on auction tomorrow. It's really disappointing that we cannot just have one more week since we are able to sort the first payment out tomorrow and conclude it next month. The amount of emails and calls we made daily for the last two weeks, as you know, to get a resolution and then the request is just not accepted by management is so disappointing. If we only had one car and did not show commitment to the account that would have been another thing, but we recovered the one car this month and persisted two weeks in trying to get an arrangement in place to get a call today to say that a payment has to be made today and balance next week, this is really a bad reflection on the MFC/NEdbank service and I will create public awareness on this. We are only now recovering from our financial position and the right thing for a bank is to look at the bigger picture and go that extra mile.
Thandiwe, I am pushing this back to you one more time to ask to talk to management and motivate as per above. Please advise.
Kind Regards Deon Langedyk
