nedbank mfc monsters

I was told to phone a Thobeka Gunguluzi from MFC *** but this number is forever voicemail. How do they want you to make arrangements if you cannot even get hold of anyone. Past 3 months I have been struggling with my father's account at MFC trying to get access but even though I sent through POA letter to every single person I spoke to at MFC I still got told I do not have POA to access the account. I have been advised now that they did not load the POA letter and apologize for inconvenience BUT now the account has been handed over to and external party. I phoned again wanting to get details of the external party to make arrangements with them but nope. Always voicemail so @MFC how are we supposed to come up with a solution is this how you treat your client !!
