Nedbank Mfc is the baddest

Im super unhappy with nedbank mfc for telling me they cant help me with the case of ford used cars culemberg cape town for selling a broken car to me the car is more in for repairs then with me and im paying a fortune on that car.. When i contacted motor ombudsman they say they closing the case coz they get no response from the dealer and recommended me to go to the national consumer commission as i did so but no response from them i went back to nedbank they tell me if i end my contract it could bring judgement on me.... But its alright for me to pay them every month for a car i hardly have im super unhappy
