NEDBANK MFC IS FULL OF ********** who work with syndicates to purchase cars with our details

Nedbank MFC IS FULL OF ********** ALSO THEIR SO CALLED INVESTIGATORS SEEMS TO BE WORKING WITH THE FRUADSTERS.

I lodge a ***** case with MFC for ********** purchase of a car using my name on 18 October 2021, today is 09 June 2022 9 months later, what i got is summons to court.

I have given more them 4 people my statement including the investigators Vusi Kgapane and the manager John Van rooyen but to this date they are doing nothing instance they handed over the account to the lawyers and i am being summoned to court!!!! imagine what madness is that. The reason sited is that i did not agree to meet Vusi Kgapane in person. I do not understand why is vusi forcing to meet in person when i gave him a statement. does he work with the **********? does he want to track me and kill me?

The investigating manager John requested my payslip, ID copy, drivers licence copy, affidavit and the police case number, which i has supp**** and send to him on 18 October 2021 and he said he can see the person has a copy of my ID but the payslip and drivers licence they used is not mine.

I really feel Nedbank is dragging their feet and does not want to investigate and conclude this case or clear my name. from the initial finding John saw and communicated to me it is clear it is not me who purchased the car, Budget insurance which the person took insurance for the same car closed the case already last year but a whole bank cannot conclude on the case. I feel nedbank is just trying to get money from me for a car i do not have.

and Vusi Kgapane based on his communication with me he does not seem to take this case seriously. he never send me feedback or communicate. i always have to follow up and most of the time he does not even reply from the day they said he is taking over the case it has been down hill.
