Nedbank MFC is a ****

4 years back nedbank assisted with car finance,the car was R130000.000 so I have been paying this car 3000 monthly bt the balance is not decreasing,instead it is increasing. I just requested a settlement letter the balance is 103 000

This is sad because I feel like I am being ****med, please assist by doing a forensic on this account.

Or Ombudsman to assist please because I was willing to settle this account.
